And I couldn’t be happier. I’m back from The Sounds concert at Mr. Smalls in Pittsburgh – what a show. I was less than thrilled with the openers, Foxy Shazam, but The Sounds more than made up for whatever enthusiasm Foxy Shazam failed to instill.

As much as I try to keep this blog posted with a review Monday through Thursday, I just keep sucking out lately. This time it’s Excedrin headache edition because, well, I came home, passed out for a good three hours and woke with the same bloody headache that kicked in some time after lunch. [...]
Yeah, I fail… No post tonight of any significant value because I’m tired. Headed over to Hofbräuhaus to celebrate the girlfriend’s uncle’s birthday and didn’t get back until later than I had intended and well later than my mind has the intention to express itself.
